Pet Food Bank

Together, we can make sure no pet goes hungry!

Supporting Pets and Their Families

At Whitman County Humane Society (WCHS), value the human-animal bond. Our Pet Food Bank is here to help families care for their animals during times of need by providing food support. Whether you're facing unexpected challenges or simply need a little extra assistance, we're here to help.

Food Availability
The Pet Food Bank operates on surplus donations, which means food is only available when we have extra supplies on hand. While we cannot guarantee specific quantities, brands, or types.

How to Receive Food
Visit WCHS during our regular business hours or call ahead to check our supply.

How to Donate
The success of the Pet Food Bank relies on generous community and business donations. We encourage recipients to give back whenever possible to help other pets and families in need.

We gladly accept:

  • New or opened bags of dry food (with visible expiration dates).

  • Canned or dry food for cats or dogs.

By donating, you're making a direct impact on pets in your community.  Donations can be dropped off during business hours.
